Work has been rough

and it a testament to prayer that I haven't gone ballistic. It takes just one song to calm me and refocus me. reseat me in myself. I often fail to show what a 'GOOD' christian is and today I have been at my worst. well back to work. breakfast:

Weekend Warrior

Well saturdays and Sundays food list were conviently forgotten becuase friday night my back started(perhaps from the 500lb pc case a friend of mine was having me look at). I spent most of saturday in bed only to get and over do it by going for a short mountian hike. So I spent sunday morning in bed and sunday afternoon medicated in car heading home. I am at work with Flexxoral in me and by lunch time will have loratab too.

So after fighting stylesheets and paths my blog is now up and running. coming on monday will diet info as I fight to go from a tub -o-lard 372lbs to 250lbs. well talk to you all soon.
