I am fully aware of the fact I am a big guy showering a in gym shower. What I don't need as I try get back into shape is some jerk making jokes at my expense while I shower off to get to work. I wish this pool wasn't on a college campus. There is a reason hamsters eat their children!

I swam this morning, now all i have to do is make it my habit.

oft time go a stray. I Had me alarm set for 6am today and had my wife call me at 6:30. But still I did not get out of bed to go to the pool. Its infuriating how lazy I can be, in regards to my health. On any given day I run 50-50 on whether I have taken the medicine I am supposed too. Well at least tonight I can go and still get my exercise in. but getting into a routine seem to be such a daunting task. I'm routinely unroutine.
