So I received a telephone call about two weeks ago from a representative from TigerDirect apologizing for the experience I had ordering from them. On the call he promised to give me a 30$ gift card and refund my shipping costs. I was pleased to hear that this had gotten some traction from administrators at Tiger. He said I should receive those items soon. two weeks later and I haven't heard nor seen anything I can only surmise it was another jerking of my chain by TigerDirect.
I take that back I did get a standard please rate our service email. ~smirk~
